Inza Diomandé is IFES’s Country Director for Haiti. Mr. Diomandé has over 15 years of experience leading development and public service programs, including a decade of technical elections experience. Mr. Diomandé has worked, or participated in election missions, in nine different countries in Africa, including having spent two years as IFES’ Senior Electoral Assistant on a USAID-funded CEPPS program in Cote d’Ivoire. Mr. Diomandé has worked closely with several different EMBs and provided technical support on civic and voter education, strategic planning, training, and election cycle planning. Additionally, Mr. Diomandé’s career started in peace-building, and he is highly experienced in programming in post-conflict environments. Mr. Diomandé is a native French speaker and also speaks English. IFES’ Country Director will also serve as Lead Coordinating Partner in Haiti.
