“Q and A on MMP” is a short booklet detailing the basic facts of the Mixed Member Proportional system of electing New Zealand’s parliament first used in the 1996 general election. Published in 1999 by the Electoral Commission of New Zealand, this booklet provides a review of the commonly asked questions and answers in preparation for the November 27th, 1999 general elections.
