“Massive Registration Today” is a periodical article, available in Spanish, published in June 1990 by “El Comercio” newspaper in Ecuador. The article features the coverage of child elections registration period in Quito, Ecuador. Cartilla De Educacion a la Ciudadania
“Brochure for Citizenship Education” is an election guide, available in Spanish, issued in 2002 by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal in Ecuador in lead up to the October 20, 2002 General Elections in Ecuador. The guide is meant to educate people about the importance of citizen participation and how to vote. It also provides insight on how to improve the electoral system in Ecuador and gives a short explanation of the government structure and its members.

Cambodia Electoral Assistance Project 1996-98 Final Report
This report discusses IFES’ efforts working with the Cambodian Government to strengthen and improve the electoral framework in preparation for the July 1998 parliamentary elections. IFES provided on-site technical expertise and drafted election laws and regulations, prepared an election calendar and budget, designed a voter registration system, initiated recruiting and training programs for election officials and pollworkers and procured and distributed election supplies and equipment.
